There is no cancellation fee in this case.

Cancellation of Events

If it is not possible to hold the event due to force majeure, due to a speaker's prevention (e.g. sudden illness of the speaker), due to disturbances at the event location or due to too few registrations, the participants will be informed immediately. Cancellation due to insufficient number of participants will be made no later than 2 weeks before the event. In this case, the event fee will be refunded.
